DESCRIPTION: Elite Camp offers collegiate level training & elevated individual playing time. Campers should have experience this at the club/high school level to attend this camp. The aim of this volleyball atmosphere is to develop technique & expose campers to the tactical aspects of the game through training & competition. Additionally, we will be providing an (Athletic) campus tour to better give the camper an understanding of what the day-to-day looks like for a D1 athlete. This camp is geared towards experienced volleyball players who is striving to grow her individual game. We expect players who attend this camp to be focused & engaged in learning advanced volleyball systems & training.

DESCRIPTION: This camp is designed to provide campers with instruction on all aspects of hitting. Campers are instructed on footwork, arm swing, and shot selection. Beginners will learn the fundamentals needed to become efficient hitters, while advanced players will work fundamentals as well as on decision-making and strategy. Campers are divided according to age/skill level. Learning groups will cover areas of attacking including: approach, take off, body awareness, arm swing, wrist/hand control, and shot selection.

DESCRIPTION: Our serving camp is designed to develop and/or improve players serving skills. Campers will learn basic techniques and different types of serves. More advanced servers will work on serving zones, arm speed, and different serving strategies.
*Serving camp participants do not receive a volleyball or tee shirt*

DESCRIPTION: This camp is designed to teach the volleyball skills to players in grades 2nd-8th. This is a fun camp that introduces campers to the basic skills of volleyball. Campers will be separated based solely on age, not skill level. This is an evening camp.

DESCRIPTION: Come learn from the program known for training liberos! This camp focuses on passing and defense and is helpful for any player, from beginners to elite level liberos, looking to improve their ball handling skills. Drills are fast paced and will address both specific technique and game like play.

DESCRIPTION: This camp is designed to give each player individual instruction on the setting position. Campers are instructed on hand position, footwork, tempo and accuracy of sets. Drills give campers many touches on the ball with some game-like situations included. Campers are divided according to age/skill level. Beginning setters will learn the fundamentals they must acquire for their development. More advanced setters, in addition to fundamentals, will also work on decision making and strategy.

DROP OFF/PICK UP for kids not staying in the dorm:

July 17: Drop off 8:45am, Pick up 4pm
DESCRIPTION: This camp has a format that caters to all positions of volleyball. During certain sessions, players will be divided up by position to work on specific position skills (outside hitter, middle hitter, setter, etc). During alternating sessions, players will be put on a team according to age and skill level and work on playing in a team format as well as practicing all the various skill sets included in the game of volleyball.
