Cyclone Volleyball Camps
Satellite Camp Information

INTERESTED IN CYCLONE SATELLITE CAMPS? 
Have the Cyclones come to YOU!

Satellite camps are when Cyclone coaches and/or players COME TO YOUR COMMUNITY to develop players in your area.  Area coaches encouraged to participate.

A satellite camp is typically a 2-day or 3-day camp with 2 sessions per day, each session would run around 2 1/2 hours each.

Dates & sessions can be scheduled any way and time desired. 

There is a minimum of 12 campers in order for the satellite camp to take place.  We do want the campers to receive good instruction so we will have a camper limit based on court availability. 

Cyclone Volleyball Camp Will Provide:
•    Excellent Cyclone volleyball camp instruction. 
•    Camp T-Shirts for campers and coaches that participate or assist in the camp.

Your Camp Site Should Provide:
•    Adequate court space for the campers.
•    Room and Meals for Cyclone coaches.  (This could be a host family or hotel room and the meals can be per diem or just pay for the camp coach’s meals).
•    Adequate training facilities as needed.

Finances
•    To secure the dates of the satellite camp, a deposit of $200 must be received by May 1st, 2010 from the host.  The deposit is a holder of the dates requested and will be returned at the beginning of the camp. 
•    The deposit is non-refundable if your area cancels the camp, but refundable if the Cyclone volleyball coach has to cancel the camp.  This deposit will be returned at the camp.
•    The cost breakdown is below: 

•    If you have 36 campers or more, each camper will receive a $10 discount off their cost.
